What types of documents are needed to successfully verify a player?

To verify your WPT Global account, we may request one or more of the following documents. These help us complete KYC checks and ensure your account is secure and compliant.

1. Proof of Identity

Accepted documents:

• National ID card

• Passport

• Driver’s license

Requirements:

• Clear image with all corners visible

• Expiry date and issue date shown

• Full name and date of birth visible

• No edits, filters, or cropping

2. Proof of Address

Accepted documents:

• Utility bill (e.g. electricity, water, internet)

• Bank statement

Requirements:

• Issue date must be shown

• Your full address is clearly visible

• All edges of the document must be shown

• Must match the name on your WPT Global account

3. Proof of Deposit

For credit/debit cards:

• Image of the signed card (displaying only the first 6 and last 4 digits)

• Hide the CVV and other numbers for your security

  • Transaction confirming deposit to WPT Global
